A gentleman came to me a few months before his and his girlfriend's fifth anniversary. He wanted a gift neither of them would forget: two hand-painted watches, each carrying a photograph of the two of them, one for him and one for her.
He picked two photos that captured moments that mattered to them, and I painted them into the dials layer by layer under the microscope, in acrylic.
